Dream and Reality

Every one of us has a dream that he wishes from the bottom of his heart to be a fact in reality. Some of us reach the dream, others cannot, may be because the circumstances are not appropriate for them, may be because they are not able to work for that dream, and most probably because that dream was not for them originally. So, we should not dream about anything, we should know how to dream, we should make from the reality and the dream one coin of two sides. They are some people who feel they do not have the right to dream, because they already know that their reality prevent them from dream. But, they ignore that they can make from their reality a dream in which they can adjust themselves. There is in every single and small thing in our life a dream, something that we do it, something that we are happy or proud of. If this was wrong, then we would never smile or laugh in our life, if it is wrong, then we will never smile or laugh until we dead. Is there any one among us hate to smile or laugh, does any one of us has never smiled from his birth till now? It is impossible. We smile because we want this. Only our dreams make us smile. So, each one of us has realized something in reality that he dreamt about before. But, as a human being, dreaming is infinite, reality is finite and human being is avid by origin.

CONTROL, SUBMISSION AND CO-OPERATION

CONTROL, SUBMISSON AND CO-OPERATION

They are three types of trainers, the controller who takes decisions, gives orders and forbids any kind of discussion from the side of his team. The second one is the submissive, who is in fact controlled by his team, does not have any role, simply, his existence is nominal. The third one is the co-operative, where there is a kind of reciprocal responsibility between the trainer and his team. In fact, each one of the three kinds` has its own drawbacks. The controller does not give any opportunity to his team, to give its opinion about something or to be a part from the decisions. In other word, the relation between trainer of the team looks like a relation between a human and his robot. In other word, there is no place for human relationship or any loyalty to the goal. It is a frozen relationship caused by the controller himself. Conversely, when the team faces a submissive trainer, it faces a kind of anarchy, noncompliance and lack of control between the lines of the team because a team controlled by some individuals does not work. The third kind, even though it seems successful and practical, the co-operative trainer holds some lacks, namely, it may cause conflicts or misunderstanding between the whole group including the trainer and the members, lack of motivation, in which some members may rely on others under the name of “cooperation” and finally the lack of sufficient management. To sum up, the 3 kinds have their advantages and drawbacks like anything in this life. First, we do really need a controller who should intervene when necessary to set up. Then, we are in need of submissive trainer who makes his team feel their essential role and to create inside them the spirit of responsibility. Finally, we lack the co-cooperative trainer where the trainer and team become one spirit, one union and one responsibility. Control, submission and co-operation are the key of success for the family (parents and their children), study (teacher and his students), sport (trainer and his team), business (boss and his employees) and finally nation (government and its nation).

PROLOGUE OF UTOPIA

Prologue:

It is always difficult to begin, introduce or start something. However, there is always a step in each phase of the person’s life called the first step. The later, determinates our profile, future, and destination. Utopia or the perfect world is the name chosen for the issues that cannot be realized or reached only in the sky, you know why, because there is no human in such place. But, each one of us has his own world, his own qualities and he has a utopia in his manner because he is simply a human who is created for something in this life. If each one has his own utopia, then we will create some utopias, and we will communicate with each other through these utopias. Can we really do this, can we make our own utopias and listen to each other via these utopias, and if this happen can we sent the utopia down from the sky where there are just angels to the world where there is people, if this happen, can we apply this, can we stop dreaming and coming to the action. The answer is that nobody knows, may be yes or maybe no. But the sure answer is that we can try, this is the only truth. This page, will be a real attempt toward the UTOPIA.
